I'm an Infidel

by Robert Flores

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! —Isaiah 5:20

I refuse to believe that a murdered baby in the womb is a woman’s right. I refuse to believe that same-sex “marriage” is perfectly normal. I refuse to believe that the slavery of mankind is a good thing. I refuse to worship money, fame and glory. I refuse to accept that the majority is always right. I refuse to believe that Hollywood’s ideas are the best ideas. I refuse to believe that drugs and alcohol will make one have a good time. I refuse to believe that the Church’s sole goal in this world is to right the social ills of today. I refuse to believe that bankers, doctors, judges, politicians and teachers have our best interests in mind.

I refuse to believe that the Republican Party and the Democrat Party are two separate parties. I refuse to believe that pornography makes happier men. I refuse to believe that make-up, starving one’s self, excessive exercise and calorie-counting make happier women. I refuse to believe that labor unions, public schools and socialized medicine are not forms of communism. I refuse to worship the state as god. I refuse to lay down my arms, my freedom of speech and my freedom of religion. I refuse to believe that illegal immigrants have a “right” to be here.

I refuse to believe that each generation becomes more morally responsible than the previous generation. I refuse to believe that human beings are a product of random chance, on their way to godhood. I refuse to believe that anyone can earn their ticket into heaven by doing good works. I refuse to believe that all our great scientific advances have made us better people. I refuse to believe that sin is freedom.

I refuse to believe that turning our back on Israel will solve our problems. I refuse to believe that Islam is a peaceful religion. I refuse to believe that the Christian Church is perfect. I refuse to believe that entertainment is a productive use of time. I refuse to believe that Satan is a figment of our imagination. I refuse to believe that evil is solely external to human beings. I refuse to believe that people get to know God apart from Jesus. I refuse to believe that evil will triumph over good.

I’m an infidel towards the world’s beliefs, my flesh’s beliefs and the devil’s beliefs. Their belief system is a joke to me. I nurture my infidelity towards evil. I refuse to make vows for evil. I gladly commit adultery against evil.

But, towards Jesus Christ, my Savior, I’m a believer.

God will have the victory in the end and there is nothing that Satan, the elitists, Illuminati, mafia, Socialists or anyone else can do to stop Him.

Maranatha!

We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. —1 John 5:18-20
