• Here's some new essays I've been working on:
Grandpa and the German, Absolute Truth, Jesus Holds the Universe Together.

• My latest Short Story here: The Reunion

•If you want to visit me on Shoutlife, here's my address: http://www.shoutlife.com/ccp

• I'm still continuing to work on Shiloach a little at a time. I'm working on some more short stories, and I just finished up a tract for Foursquare Missions Press called Homeless Harry.

• I was recently interviewed by Jazma Online here.

January/February
• I have been continuing to work on my watercolors for the Shiloach Project. I'm tired of setting deadlines, so I'll just say that it will get done when it gets done. I'm about 50% finished.

• There is a new bumper sticker I designed here, dealing with putting your faith in worker's unions or Jesus.

• I have also been working on some other comic projects: one is a tract and one is a short story set in the end times.

• I wrote and drew a new short story here, called The Choir Girl.

• There is an updated version of my essay Christian Comics and the Proclamation of the Gospel.

• New essay on Christians and politics.

2006
July

My Personal Account of Comic Con 2006.

• My “Broken” book will be featured at the CCAS table at the San Diego Comic Con! Come by and check it out! There will also be a Christian Comics Meeting and discussion that I’ll be participating in:

Sunday, July 23, 10:30am-12:00pm, Room 4

May/June

• Well, as you probably know by now, my new book Broken: The Rebellion and Redemption of a Discontented Artist is now published! Check it out here.

• I will be at the San Diego Comic Con this year. Drop by the CCAS table in Small Press and say "Hi!".

• Eric Jansen interviewed me on my new book. Check it out on the CCAS website.

January/February
• Happy New Year to everyone!

• Well, I'm still on my sabbatical from the Shiloach book. Don't know when I'll get back on it.

• The good news is that I will have an updated autobiography book coming out in a couple of months! Yay! It's not updated in the sense that a lot has happened when I first wrote my life story a little over a year ago, insomuch as it is an update with a sketchbook and an original story in it. It's called Broken: The Rebellion and Redemption of a Discontented Artist and will be perfect bound, 96 pages and color cover.

• After over 2 years of research on this project, I have finally completed a treatise on "Revival Begins With Communion". This treatise explains the problems in the modern Church contrasted with the early Church way of having Communion. This is a unique project that is available free for downloading and free to distribute here. It has some original cartoons in it, too. Wow! A research paper that has artwork! It doesn't get much better than this!!!

Short article on "Hollywood Versus The Body of Christ". A warning about the blasphemous movies coming out this year. It is a simple reminder that one of the ways to fight evil art is to do art that upholds the gospel. Nothing short will due.

• Prayer request for my friend Paul's wife—that God would heal her from her brain tumor.

2005
November-

• Been working on a new book the last two months. Should be published in early 2006.

• I've taken a 5-month sabattical from the Shiloach Children's book in order to work on other projects that I have shelved over the last 3 years. The publishing date has been pushed back indefinitely. I figured I needed a break before the project broke me. So, don't worry, it's still in the works, but not to be published for awhile. Thanks for your patience.

• New Illustration of America's solidarity with Israel.

• Working on some new essays.

• Visit the newly revamped CCAS website. Sometimes I post things there, too.

• May God bless you in this Christmas Season!

August-

• New essay on Christian Comics and the Proclamation of the Gospel

July-
• Here's my summary of the Comic Con with some pics.

• Still working on SHILOACH watercolors. Things are going at a nice steady pace, praise God!

• Updated Tidbits on Christianity, Tidbits on Christian Art, more pics on SHILOACH and behind the scenes SHILOACH.

• One new essay: God's Story in Three Acts.

• New section created on this website: Tough Stuff. Tough Stuff is my politically incorrect, current issues, conservative artwork that is meant to take a chunk out of the opposition. God has called me to not only create beautiful artwork to glorify Him with, but to also tear down strongholds of evil that I see in the world. This is one way that I am doing that.

• I will be with CCAS for the San Diego Comic Con in mid-July. Pray for this outreach, that we are able to touch people's lives for Christ.

April-

• Two hard-hitting political cartoons dealing with abortion and homosexuality. Both cartoons are free to download and use.

• Continuing to work on SHILOACH drawings for watercolors.

March-

• New pictures uploaded on the SHILOACH project here.

February-

• Plans have started for the CCAS table and accomodations for San Diego Comic Con. Pray for us that all things will work out smoothly and in order.

January-

• Started back on SHILOACH after a 3 month sabbatical from it. I've had to push the due date back to December 2005. (Hopefully even that is possible!)

• Check out my two recently completed projects: My personal testimony ashcan book and a window decal promoting the 10 Commandments!

2004

December-

• Have a Merry Christmas!

November-

•Still working on other projects. I have just been bogged down both at work and with freelance work. I will try to work on the Shiloach watercolors in December.

• Working on a special sticker project, as well as my testimony in book form and a Christmas card for this year.

New link for the story behind the story of SHILOACH here.

New additions to Tidbits on Christianity here.

May-
• A few more additions to the website Writings section.

• Haven't been able to work on the watercolors. I'm wrapping up the drawings for Act Two. This is tedious work and I feel like I'm getting burned out. So, I'd rather just take it slow and it'll get down when it gets done. (In God's timing).

• Shiloach book publishing date has been pushed back to First Quarter 2005.

• One of my watercolors (A Soldier in Gideon's Army) was recently featured in a educational DVD, put out by Olim Publications, a Messianic Organization based in Israel. This is such an awesome DVD educating people in the Jewishness of Christianity and I was honored to have a little picture as part of it. For more information on this DVD, visit: http://www.olimpublications.com. All funds from this DVD go to the Olim fund which helps Jewish families financially in Israel.
